Shoshana Winters
Chief Executive Officer
Shoshana considers her role at Converge a culmination of over three decades of client-side and agency experience developing, orchestrating, and activating integrated campaigns that drive measurable growth for established and emerging B2C and B2B brands. Fluent in every aspect of both the art and science of modern marketing, over the course of her untraditional career, Shoshana is one of a rare breed of marketers who has been able to amass an impressive track record leveraging both traditional and digital methodologies, as she occupied a front row seat to the digital revolution. As a Silicon Alley pioneer, she has led the marketing and growth of native digital brands, from co-founding sixdegrees (the world's first social media platform) to leading marketing for Audible (in its pre-Amazon period). Her hands-on approach honed in the world of start-ups enabled her to deliver extraordinary value to her clients on the agency side who were seeking digital innovation and transformation. Shoshana has long served as a strategic advisor to CEOs and founders of high-growth startups and served as Adjunct Professor for a course she developed for the Department of Communications and Media Studies at Fordham University.
Ying Miao
Chief Financial Officer
Leading finance, HR, and legal, Ying has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth across industries. As CFO at Fyllo, she led global finance and accounting for the adtech company, achieving critical milestones—including a successful Series C-3 bridge round. She has extensive experience in building and refining financial strategies, developing KPI tracking systems, and advising on international expansion. Ying has also worked in venture capital, managing due diligence on investment targets and raising funds for high-growth startups. She holds an M.S. in International Relations from Georgetown and a B.A. in Economics from Harvard. Additionally, Ying is a former concert pianist who has performed at the prestigious Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center.
Jason Whiting
Chief Growth Officer
For the past 2 decades, Jason has used the power of creative, media, data and technology to move markets and inspire customers. He has built agencies and inspired client teams to be smart, efficient, high-impact engines for growth. When innovation was needed most, he provided a clear sense of where to go, what mattered, and the focus required to get there. Jason has led and grown some of the most dynamic, diverse, and highly awarded digital, advertising, and social agencies on the planet, helping to shape what’s possible for some of the world’s most iconic brands.
Larry Wolfe
Chief Technology Officer
Larry joined Converge in 2022, bringing 25+ years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and delivery of integrated business and customer-facing solutions. In addition to enterprise software development, his specialties include digital strategy, data analytics, business continuity, and security measures. With a rare combination of technological savoir-faire and creativity, Larry has held VP, director, and C-suite roles at multiple agencies, operating in the retail, B2B, manufacturing, and life sciences industries.
Maarten Terry
President
Maarten has been with Converge since 2006 as one of the founding partners. He’s extremely proud to have been part of the leadership team of the agency since the beginning, helping to grow the company, client relationships, and culture. Maarten’s extensive prior experience includes director-level roles in book and magazine publishing as well as product and brand management positions in the consumer packaged goods industry. In his personal time, he loves traveling, investing, and supporting his alma mater, Connecticut College, as a member of its board of trustees.
Mike Carrano
President
As a founding partner at Converge since 2007, Michael built the agency into a highly profitable company—while also fostering a culture of respect with a strong commitment to employee development and well-being. Previously, he worked on the client side in publishing, music, and entertainment as the VP/Marketing Director at Bookspan, Columbia House, and BMG Music. Outside the office, Michael is dedicated to coaching his sons in soccer and enjoys golfing and traveling as well.
Rick Sanchez
SVP, Professional Services
One of the founding members of Converge, Rick has been with the agency for 22 years and brought in two of its flagship accounts. He also started the legal division of the company in 2018. Rick has spent his entire career in the direct marketing space, serving in sales, account management, vendor procurement, print / production, and vendor management roles at small- to midsize agencies. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and dog; playing ice hockey; skiing; and golfing.
Dov Calderon
SVP, Managed Services & Performance Media Lead
One of the longest-serving members of the team, Dov joined Converge back in 2008. He has spent his whole career in advertising and marketing, previously at larger companies like MDPI, ID Media, and OMD. He started as a media analyst and now leads channel strategy and client relations. Dov is extremely proud of maintaining one of our longest tenured partner relationships spanning over 16 years. Outside of work, he most enjoys being a husband, dog dad, and traveler.
Phil Sitilides
SVP, Performance Solutions
A veteran of Converge with 14 years of service at the company, Phil has specialized in analytics, strategy, and marketing throughout his professional life. Prior to joining the team here, he worked at large and midsize corporations, including Prudential Financial and Valassis Inc. One of his most notable career achievements has been using machine learning techniques to bridge the gap between print and digital marketing. In his personal time, Phil loves creating music, doing home renovations, and being a father.
Scott Rechter
VP, Digital Strategy
Scott’s career comprises more than 13 years of media experience in the luxury, retail, auto, pharmaceutical, B2B, health & wellness, financial services, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and home services sectors. He has held roles in paid search, digital planning & buying, client services/account leadership, and digital strategy at agencies such as Mediacom and iProspect. Scott has been integral to the growth of multiple clients, as they’ve expanded their media strategies from operating one or two channels to testing bold ideas and launching full-funnel acquisition campaigns. Outside of work, his interests include family time, playing guitar, watching sports and TV shows, and mixology.
Jose Soto
VP, Engineering
Jose has 20 years' experience in technology, including three and a half with Converge. His work history consists of customer support, IT, and software engineering roles at various companies ranging from small startups to large corporations. In addition to branding and marketing, Jose has held positions in architecture, insurance, web hosting, healthcare, blockchain and crypto—leading teams while building and scaling technology. He also enjoys teaching and mentoring other developers via his YouTube channel, @JoseCanHelp. Outside of work, he's passionate about overlanding and camping with his family as well as playing soccer.
Francesca Farrisi
Creative Director
Francesca possesses over 15 years of experience in creative and art direction and is in her third year with Converge. Throughout her career, she has been a key contributor to agencies and corporations of varying sizes in the B2B & B2C spaces, making her mark by rebranding companies from start to finish across multiple industries. In her free time, Francesca loves spending time with her children, salsa dancing, karaoke singing, painting, and writing poetry.
