We are looking for a Business Intelligence Media Analyst who will work with our client’s unique data and translate it into high-quality and actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and unlock business opportunities. You will own internal reporting by maintaining our existing reports and dashboards, but also building on them to surface new insights and drive improved performance. The Analyst will work with key stakeholders to understand business needs, identify trends, and build reports and dashboards to ensure measurements are complete and accurate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Storytelling of results and analyses in presentation decks/slides
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive their data strategy, including managing KPIs and metrics, deep dive analyses to identify underlying causes, and building projections
  • Guide clients and assists them in making sound strategic decisions, with data driven business insight, brand understanding and compelling storytelling
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports and performance dashboards to support business operations
  • Proactively identify and investigate trends related to advertising and financial metrics; understand and communicate related business implications and recommendations
  • Ensure analyses are reliable and interpretation makes sense
  • Work with Media/client teams to establish media campaign reporting and insight requirements
  • Power deep-dive analyses to answer questions that unlock the next growth stage for our client’s businesses

Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • 5+ years of client facing experience in media insights and data analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong background in data analytics or statistics
  • Excellent data driven storytelling skills – you create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals
  • Knowledge of SA360 (GA360 is a plus)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization
  • Strong knowledge of search engine marketing and analytics
  • Ability to query data and perform analysis on the results
  • Strong written, presentation, analytical, quantitative and verbal skills
